There are 18 round genuine gemstones set in the dome ring. The gemstones are apatite, garnet, amethyst, emerald, sapphire, aquamarine, blue topaz, ruby and tourmalines. Each stone is set in an 18 karat yellow gold bezel in a cluster design on the top of the dome ring.
The dome measures 14 millimeters in diameter and the split shank is 4.6 millimeters wide at the top and tapers back to 2.3 millimeters wide.
